That sticker on your window for your next service is for a tire rotation only, not another oil change. You are correct oil change for synthetic is at longer intervals. You should get a tire rotation every 6 months or 5000 miles, whichever comes first. The sticker says next service due, not next oil change due. Happy New Year!
