I came in to get some work done on my car. As I drove into the garage, I was immediately greeted with smiles by Erick Rodriguez. I had been having a bad day and was dreading the unexpected money I had to spend to get my car fixed. Seeing Erick smile at me, lifted my mood. He was extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the work that was being done on my car, as I waited. He was also completely honest with me on the work that needed to get done on my car!! From my past experiences at other dealerships, the service writers would try to make me get a TON of work done on my car so that I spend a lot of money, but Erick was honest about the work I needed to get done immediately and told me what things I need to get done soon or in the near future. I appreciate that he didn't pressure me to buy other things. It's so annoying and frustrating when other dealerships keep telling me, "Oh you need to get this and this and this for your car," when I know a few things can wait. Because of Erick's honesty and friendliness, I would definitely come back to this dealership and specifically ask for Erick to assist me!!! I gave my overall experience, friendliness, and customer service a 5 because, Erick was friendly, honest, and easy to work with me. He answered all my questions and I could tell he knew a lot about cars. I gave the price a 4 because it was cheaper than what I have spent in the past, but of course, no one likes to lose money. I gave the quality of the work done on my car a 4 as well, because since it's only been a short time since I got work done on my car, I can't really rate it a 5 as yet. So far, so good. No problems. If nothing happens in a few more months, then I think I could rate the work a 5. More
I contacted the dealership about a year ago because I received a recall letter in the mail. I spoke with Shawn Holden who told me over the phone that the letter didn't apply to my car even though the le received a recall letter in the mail. I told him that I had experienced the problems described in the letter but he still insisted that the recall didn't apply to my car even though he had never seen my car. He didn't ask for the VIN# and refused to book an appointment to check the car. He was extremely rude. It was a cliche "woman dealing with a mechanic scene" from the 1950's. I wrote a letter to the manager but never got a response. I recently purchased a new Toyota. I went to Bredemann to look at cars but had intended to buy elsewhere based on my experience. To my surprise, the sales person who helped us (Margaret) was very nice and very professional. I bought the car from her but I will not use Bredemann for service since I see that Shawn Holden is still there. Outdated attitudes about women are only entertaining on television. Sorry Mr Holden, you're not Jon Hamm! More

Yes Please tell us any additional comments about your recent service visit: Bredemann always treats me as if I'm special. Everyone in the Service Department is super friendly and helpful. I was there yesterday, 4/17/13 for the recall regarding the air bags. Of course, the vehicle had other issues as well, but I've had the car since 2002 and for the most part, it runs ok. If and whenever it's in the budget for me to purchase a new one, I will come back to Bredemann! More
I have been a customer at Bredemann's for about 13 years. I have leased and purchased Toyota's from Bredemann's and have always been satifisfied. Our experience with Mike was extremely positive. He is a low-key, down to earth, and I'd like to believe an honest and decent man. He made parting with a lot of money a bit less painful. I brought my vehicle in for normal 6 month maintenance. WOW!!!! It was completed in less than one hour and with Toyota Care, it was free. In addition, my service manager helped me program my phone into the WOW!!!! It was completed in less than one hour and with Toyota Care, it was free. In addition, my service manager helped me program my phone into the bluetooth system which I really struggled with (gotta tell you, the Toyota Manual is NOT helpful). He did a great job, got it set up and walked me through how to use it. As usual, the service was excellent. More

I bought my Prius at Bredemann's in 2008. Since then I have taken it there for service. Bredemann's is somewhat out of the way for me, but I have continued to take my car there for service. They have a wonderful quiet workroom with wifi where you can wait for your car, which is terrific. More
