Excellent customer service Mark Glinka! I was here with my step dad a few days ago, and Mark Glinka helped us so much. I honestly thought I had broken my step dad's vehicle to the point of n I was here with my step dad a few days ago, and Mark Glinka helped us so much. I honestly thought I had broken my step dad's vehicle to the point of no return. He was fast, courteous and above all kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure we understood what was wrong, how to fix it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He even told us what things could wait until next time. Best guy we had the privilege of working with at Bredemann Toyota. Thank you so much Mark Glinka, for making this experience a lot less painful. More

Been going here for years on maintenance checks for both of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.9 of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.99 plus tax for a single hubcap. I expressed how outrageous the price was and showed them the identical hubcap online for $19.99. They refused to make any adjustment. These guys are outright crooks and way overcharge for parts as simple to find as a hubcap. I asked them to remove me from any phone call list as I will be bringing my Toyota vehicles elsewhere for service. Don't trust these crooks! More
Once again the Service Department and Shawn Holden has gone beyond the call of duty. I brought my car in after discovering the coolant was low and asked that Bredemann check to see if there are any leaks gone beyond the call of duty. They not only checked for coolant leaks, checked all fluids, oil, and tire pressure since it was such severe weather at NO CHARGE! (By the way no leaks found). He even handed me a car wash card since it was so cold they could not wash my car that day! Shawn wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with my car in the bad weather and went the extra mile. I cannot tell you the value of “peace of mind” –thanks again Bredemann and Shawn –this renews my loyalty to Bredemann and Toyota. More
I have been a loyal customer of Bredemann Service for over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. i over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. it took two inspections to determine that each vehicle had recall issue based on the recall notice, very odd. Then the Tundra recall resulted in the need for a frame replacement. A quoted 4-6 week job took over 12 weeks. During which I had to ask for a new tech representative because the one I was assigned would not call me back or give me updates during the delayed process and repeatedly gave me bad information. Then once the frame arrived, it took only two days to swap it out, thhis makes me uneasy. After which I have had multiple complications with the truck, some of which Bredemann toook care of but they have been ongoing since and fail to get repaired lasting longer than a year. A customer should not have to expect to repair the same thing a year later, even on an older vehicle. Recenly they missed this simplest item, an brake light out, and proceeded to tell me that it was working when they inpsected it, simply untrue. On multiple occasions they have failed to complete work as promised and offer no eplanation or apologies for the mistakes and inconveniences. I still have a loud knocking noise under the truck when making sharp turns as a result of the frame replacement that has never been diagnosed. Very disappointed in Bredemann and Toyota as a whole. My Camry was having oil usage issues. After I followed the protocol of testing the oil consumption for a few months -Shawn assisted and went out of his way to get the issue resolved. With the help of his manager, Mike Cooper-the engine was taken apart and the issue resolved with a 1 year warranty. Both Shawn and Mike restored my trust in Bredemann Toyota--I will be a return customer ---and tell my friends. More
I brought my Toyota in for regular service and to get the navigation DVD updated this morning. I had arranged to get a loaner because of the length of the service (and the fact that I wasn't able to stay and navigation DVD updated this morning. When I arrived, I became aware that my appointment was actually tomorrow and I had booked it incorrectly. Joe and Erick were very accommodating and still gave me the loaner even though I came on the wrong day. I will continue to bring my car to Bredemann for service and will be sure to purchase my next car, again, from Bredemann because of the wonderful customer service! More
