Great service I was having problems with my Toyota Sienna and brought it to Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, Now I have been to many dealerships but I was impressed I was having problems with my Toyota Sienna and brought it to Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, Now I have been to many dealerships but I was impressed by the friendly greetings and the outstanding service I received from the service advisor Richard V. I was talked to and brought through each step of what needed to be done with my car and received updates via cell phone. I have to say that in my experience the word customer service doesn't mean much anymore but I was surprised and happy even to see it still means something at Bredemann. I was very impressed with Richard's knowledgeable answers and the speed of which my car was done. I will be bringing my car back for my service needs. More

I had an emergency with my battery last Saturday...a very frustrating day involving paying to have my car jumped twice! I finally drove it to the dealer and Mr. Vasquez took care of me. He gave me a loaner, he called me back when he promised and he kept me informed every step of the way. Mr. Vasquez should provide the example, or train, all the other service agents. Thank you. More

I honestly thought I had broken my step dad's vehicle to the point of no return. He was fast, courteous and above all kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure we understood what was wrong, how to fix it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He even told us what things could wait until next time. Been going here for years on maintenance checks for both of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.9 of my Toyota vehicles. I lost a hubcap on one car probably hitting a pothole in Chicago lovely streets. Bredemann Toyota attempted to charge me $78.99 plus tax for a single hubcap. I expressed how outrageous the price was and showed them the identical hubcap online for $19.99. They refused to make any adjustment. These guys are outright crooks and way overcharge for parts as simple to find as a hubcap. I asked them to remove me from any phone call list as I will be bringing my Toyota vehicles elsewhere for service. Don't trust these crooks! More
