While I waited, they completed the work. All of the staff I encountered was respectful of me, my knowledge (or lack therof) about my car and my time. Thanks! More
Horrible customer service and liars!! When told about scratches done on my vehicle both denied that it could ever happen in their dealer and blamed me saying it was because I over extend When told about scratches done on my vehicle both denied that it could ever happen in their dealer and blamed me saying it was because I over extend the seat belt towards the bottom frame of door. Mike Cooper the Service Manager then stated he would not take care of it and it was there prior to service. Mike Cooper also refused to give me his superior manager stating he's the one. Anyway, thanks to Mr. Bredemann who resolved the problem as the kiss xxx Mike Cooper could man up to tell the truth in front of his boss. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! More

Shortly after the service advisor Michael Schneider told my dad that the power steering rack was leaking and it would cost $2100 to fix it. The manager looked at the car and discovered that someone doubled up on the washer to widen the gap and make the fluid leak on purpose. SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! Michael Schneider and other dishonest mechanics should lose their job for being unscrupulous thieves! I will tell all my friends and relatives to stay away from Bredemann. More
Service Department I made an appointment and was told that my wait would be about 20 minutes. A simple oil change ended up in a 2 hour wait. I was becoming impatient and when I came up to the service desk after almost two hours, the representative simply said "Oh yeah, I have your keys right here." Needless to say, service was extremely disappointing. More

Great service I was having problems with my Toyota Sienna and brought it to Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, Now I have been to many dealerships but I was impressed I was having problems with my Toyota Sienna and brought it to Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, Now I have been to many dealerships but I was impressed by the friendly greetings and the outstanding service I received from the service advisor Richard V. I was talked to and brought through each step of what needed to be done with my car and received updates via cell phone. I have to say that in my experience the word customer service doesn't mean much anymore but I was surprised and happy even to see it still means something at Bredemann. I was very impressed with Richard's knowledgeable answers and the speed of which my car was done. I will be bringing my car back for my service needs. More

I had an emergency with my battery last Saturday...a very frustra Richard Vasquez is a credit to your business. Always professional. Always courteous. I had an emergency with my battery last Saturday...a very frustrating day involving paying to have my car jumped twice! I finally drove it to the dealer and Mr. Vasquez took care of me.
