We apologize for the engine oil leak after the oil change, that was our mistake. It was a drain plug gasket that was leaking after the oil change. We drained the oil and replaced the drain plug gasket. We also went to your fathers house and cleaned the oil from the garage floor in an effort to try to make this mistake up to you. However, that had nothing to do with the power steering rack and pinion leak that is still an issue with your vehicle. Our job is to advise you of what we see that needs attention, and we would rather you be upset that we informed you, than upset that we didn't let you know when it can lead to a more expensive repair down the road. No matter if the repair is done here or somewhere else we strongly recommend that you address it in the near future. We would be more than willing to demonstrate the power steering issue on your vehicle at your convenience.
