Always very helpful I have been going to this Bredemann Toyota for a lot of years now, and I always go to Mark G. He is one of the most helpful people I've met at a servi I have been going to this Bredemann Toyota for a lot of years now, and I always go to Mark G. He is one of the most helpful people I've met at a service center, and he always helps even with the smallest problems that seem insignificant, and problems,we have been told by other people could not be fixed. We've had a total of four Toyotas, and have worked with Mark each time. Everyone at the service is very friendly, and we will keep coming back with Toyotas in the future. More
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE I CAME IN AND TALKED TO RICHARD VASQUEZ ABOUT MY NEW 2017 RAV- 4 WITH 2,300 MILES ON IT. I TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT MY ALIGNMENT WAS OFF A LITTLE I CAME IN AND TALKED TO RICHARD VASQUEZ ABOUT MY NEW 2017 RAV- 4 WITH 2,300 MILES ON IT. I TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT MY ALIGNMENT WAS OFF A LITTLE AND THE CAR SEEMED TO WANDER A BIT. THE FIRST TIME I DROVE ON THE HIGHWAY, I NOTICED SOMETHING WAS OFF. I DIDNT WANT TO BRING THE CAR IN UNTIL I WAS SURE ABOUT IT. HE SAID IT WAS ODD TO BE OFF BECAUSE IT'S A NEW CAR BUT HE WOULD HAVE THE TECH CHECK IT OUT. I WAITED UNTIL HE CHECKED IT OUT, AND HE SAID THE ALIGNMENT NEEDED TO BE RESET TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I DROVE MY CAR HOME AND NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY THE CAR DROVE. THANKS VERY MUCH TO RICHARD FOR LISTENING TO ME AND TO THE TECH THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM. More
