Taking service to the next level. I needed immediate service to correct a serious problem with the fuel system with my daughter's Highlander. Richard provided immediate and accurate help to correct a problem that 2 prior mechanics had missed at other shops. He got the parts next day and stayed after the dealership had closed to solve the problem with his talented mechanic to make made sure the work was done correctly. Richard has serviced all 4 of our family's Toyotas. He has earned our trust. Bredemann is indeed fortunate to have him as a member of their team. More
