The tire rotation and oil change schedule light should have been reset, which was failed to be done not once but twice on two separate occasions. And it always happens to be whenever I come in for an appointment with this dealer. For me to waste my time, money, and energy to come all the way out here to reset a simple button that takes 5 seconds is infuriating. This is how you lose customers. More
