Buying a car during social distancing My wife and I needed to buy a car recently. We were concerned about the issues we would have during the "stay in place" order during the COVID-19 pand My wife and I needed to buy a car recently. We were concerned about the issues we would have during the "stay in place" order during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we called Arnie and Jerry to see if we can buy a car using as much social distancing as possible, we could not be more pleased. We worked with Jerry. Jerry did everything for us over the phone. He called back or texted quickly. He was understanding of our circumstances and the need for a new car. He was helpful and easy to work with every step of the way. Even our financing was over the phone. In the end, i think we spent about 20 minutes in the dealership. Our experience was great. It always has been good at Bredemann. However, I feel Bredermann went well above their normal service to make us feel comfortable and safe during every step of the process. Thank you Jerry and the rest of the Bredemann Toyota team. More

Made buying experience very pleasant I purchased my first new Toyota with this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. Dave Lurie took the time to set up an appointment to meet I purchased my first new Toyota with this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. Dave Lurie took the time to set up an appointment to meet and had vehicle options waiting for me. I then narrowed it down to two Rav 4's but there was no pressure to buy. I then financed the car with Jack Prato which was quick and easy. Overall I am happy with this dealership. More
