Before coming to Bredemann, I had already visited two Toyota dealerships where the experience wasn't quite the best. The sales representatives from those dealerships were unfamiliar with the details of t Toyota dealerships where the experience wasn't quite the best. The sales representatives from those dealerships were unfamiliar with the details of the car (a Toyota Camry), the customer service was horrible and very condescending, and the agents were dismissive when I informed them that I was not interested in financing through the dealership. I was pretty much overwhelmed and at my wit's end. But, when I came to Bredemann Toyota, it was like night and day. I worked with Mr. Dave Lurie, who was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the car's features. He answered all my questions and compared features (and prices) among the different Camrys I was considering. Additionally, and most importantly, nothing about his demeanor changed when I informed him I was financing through my credit union. When I finally settled on a car, he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible and threw in extra incentives that included a detailed cleaning of the vehicle. (This was important to me considering COVID and the possibility of other people test driving.) Mr. Lurie made my car buying experience smooth and the best I've ever had.
