I brought my vehicle in for normal 6 month maintenance. WOW!!!! It was completed in less than one hour and with Toyota Care, it was free. In addition, my service manager helped me program my phone into the WOW!!!! It was completed in less than one hour and with Toyota Care, it was free. In addition, my service manager helped me program my phone into the bluetooth system which I really struggled with (gotta tell you, the Toyota Manual is NOT helpful). He did a great job, got it set up and walked me through how to use it. As usual, the service was excellent. More
I have been bringing my car and my family's cars here for a really long time. I have always been happy with the work they do. People are friendly and work is done well. I won't go anywhere else.... I bought my Prius at Bredemann's in 2008. Since then I have taken it there for service. Bredemann's is somewhat out of the way for me, but I have continued to take my car there for service. They have a wonderful quiet workroom with wifi where you can wait for your car, which is terrific. More
I bought my Rav4 new from Bredemann in 2007. As part of the financing deal, they gave me 3 years of free oil changes. I'm one of those people who used to think that service at the dealer was probably overp the financing deal, they gave me 3 years of free oil changes. I'm one of those people who used to think that service at the dealer was probably overpriced and unnecessary, but since it was free, I sure did go back to get my oil changed. Bredemann totally changed my viewpoint! I only get an oil change every 5,000 miles, so I'm not exactly a "regular". So it's even more impressive to me, going there sporadically over the years as "just a customer", not being recognized, that I consistently was treated in a friendly and courteous manner, no matter who I was dealing with that day. I have even noticed on several separate occasions, that the employees treat each other with courtesy and respect, using "please" and "thank you" even to each other. You can really tell that the attitude of the whole service department is one of wanting to please that customer. Right down to the guy who drives the cars in for pickup after the service. When he's not going out and getting a car, he's making a fresh pot of coffee in the waiting room or putting the stray magazines and newspapers back in the holders. Based on the exceptional service I get every time I go back to Bredemann, I would go even if it were a little more expensive. But here's the kicker - they are competitively priced even with the Jiffy Lube I used to go to!! Going to Bredemann is a win-win. They truly have earned my loyalty and high rating. More

I would like to write you regarding a recent experience I had with a local business in your community. First of all, let me set the scene. I live just west of the Colorado State line on interstate 70 in we had with a local business in your community. First of all, let me set the scene. I live just west of the Colorado State line on interstate 70 in western Kansas so, it was quite the drive for me to come to Park Ridge . Just a touch under 2000 miles!! On Thursday, my wife came home from work and just had to show me a car she found online at Bredemann Toyota. After listing to her go on for about an hour or so, I gave in, and told her to call the dealership. She got right on the phone, and called Gene in sales. She told him she had noticed the Toyota 4Runner online, and he was happy to tell her all about it. After about twenty minutes on the phone, we worked out a plain to come and look at the car. I was assured that the car was in perfect mechanical condition and all was well. I asked again, Is anything wrong with the car, as I’m driving half way across the United States to come and look at it. To which I was told, the car is perfect, not a ding, or dent, and everything’s in tip top condition. So we took off work and set out on our journey bright and early Friday morning at 6 a.m. We arrived at Bredemann Toyota first thing on Saturday and met up with Gene. We looked the car over real good, and everything appeared to be right with the world. Now’s where it gets a bit interesting. First and for most I want to make something very clear. I am very pleased with the way Don Ziemke and all his staff at Bredemann’s treated my wife and I. We ran into a slight problem with the car, (I won’t go into details.) I believe it was an honest mistake, and they made it right with me. Dan in the service center really knows his stuff. He put off everything he had going to listen and address my concerns. Now that’s service!! The general manager, Don Ziemke even offered to pay for my traveling expenses if we decided not to buy the car. (We did buy it.) It seems that in this day and age everyone will take the extra time to whine and complain about everything under the sun. I think its high time to take a minute and say thank you to everyone at Bredemann Toyota for remembering the golden rule. You have earned a life long customer. I had a intermittent problem with a buzzing noise in the right side of the dash. Went in once but it didn't happen. The second time when I was able to get the buzzing noise to be consistent, Dan went out right side of the dash. Went in once but it didn't happen. The second time when I was able to get the buzzing noise to be consistent, Dan went out with me and within a minute he knew what the problem was. It was the right fender. Got a loaner and before I could run any errands, I got a call that it was done. Noise is GONE! I know that it can be very difficult to figure out intermittent problems so was VERY please with the fast and thorough service! More
Feels Like Cheated, Decieved & LIED about the vehicle & didn't disclose the Complete vehicle condition. Also when I asked few things I was told that ALL things are fine in the CAR but after 10 days Batt & didn't disclose the Complete vehicle condition. They are always ready to take care your needs without exception and can be trusted to do a good job on maintenance a years either leasing or buying.
