Bredemann Toyota has a great reputation and is conveniently located so I visited the showroom inquiring about used car specifically a Toyota. I was driving a 1994 Toyota Tercel which my mother ha conveniently located so I visited the showroom inquiring about used car specifically a Toyota. I was driving a 1994 Toyota Tercel which my mother had purchased new from Bredemann. Yes, the car lasted, but more importantly the professionalism and friendliness that was expressed to her in 1994 by the Bredemann team is why I returned. As I entered the facility with my wife and two boy's we were greeted by a friendly hello and after walking the floor a few minutes we were greeted again by staff inquiriing as to our needs. Mr. Roger Diaz approached and informed us that he dealt with used cars and asked what we were interested in and what he could do to help. The age old "Used Car Salesman" attitude was not expressed, Mr. Diaz was extemely professional yet personable, friendly. The entire car purchase experience was made pleasant because of the manner in which we were treated from upon our arrival to the time the papers were signed. I took a couple of day's to evaluate other cars and other dealers which all failed in comparison to Roger Diaz and Bredemann Toyota. The greatest thing with working with Roger is he showed me the cars I wanted and not what he wanted to sell. After 2 day's of debating and another visit with Roger and a test drive I purchased the 2010 Toyota Camry and now one month from the date of purchase I am just as excited and satisfied as the day of purchase. If only life could go as smooth and easy as purchasing a car from Roger Diaz and Bredemann Toyota, life would be great.
