The salesman, Mike Gerlitz, was not overly pushy and very accommodating. He actually drove the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection, thus saving me from having to take time off work to take in the vehic accommodating. The used van checked out well with my mechanic, unlike another van I had brought to my mechanic a couple days earlier from a different dealer. I think the most important thing is that I never felt like I was dealing with untrustworthy people.
