If there was a question he did not know an answer to, which was few and far between, he would not give us a false answer just for the sake of answering. This gave him credibility in my book. The vehicle is about what you would expect in mileage and condition and we got a fair price. The only downside for me was how long it took to get to that price and get the financial side figured out. The manager would not come down to our range until we looked elsewhere and notified Bredemann Toyota that we had found a better deal elsewhere. I understand the nature of the business, but I bought my last car much quicker because they had worked with me on the price more. That being said, the man who worked with us on finalizing the sale, what with the loan and paperwork, Tran Nguyen, was a great guy to work with and was very entertaining during our time with him. I would not mind doing business with them again. More
