I was talked to and brought through each step of what needed to be done with my car and received updates via cell phone. I have to say that in my experience the word customer service doesn't mean much anymore but I was surprised and happy even to see it still means something at Bredemann. I was very impressed with Richard's knowledgeable answers and the speed of which my car was done. I will be bringing my car back for my service needs. More

Came back a week later and the same gentleman helped my parents (who co-signed) and I look at some possible options. He was very helpful and straight forward. As a first time car-buyer, I was relieved that I had avoided being helped by a "typical salesmen", and was not pressured into making an immediate purchase. If I was being pandered to, I sure wasn't aware of it. After test driving some Prius models (and visiting other dealerships) I came back to buy a brand new 2014 Prius C (which ended up being cheaper than almost all of the other pre-owned, older model Prius available in the area). And I got all the extra warrantee that comes with a new vehicle. I feel satisfied with my purchase and very fortunate that my experience was stress free. More
