This is the 3rd Avalon we've purchased with Charlie Schiller & we can't say enough about his customer care - it's EXCELLENT!!! Unlike our previous purchases, this time we were replacing our vehicle in the aftermath of an accident in which our 2008 Toyota Avalon (110K+ miles) was totalled. Bredemann's service and sales departments (Mike Cooper, Joe Sanchez, and Charlie Schiller) were so understanding and concerned for us through this situation - just like family. Charlie located our new vehicle for us the same day we stopped in, and not just something available on the lot, but a brand new Avalon, which met 99% of what we were looking for in a new car! The Avalon has changed quite a bit since our first in 2000, but one thing we have been able to consistently rely upon is the caring and customer-focused attention given to us at Bredemann Toyota!
