The shadiest service department I have ever dealt with. They prey on elderly women like my mother. They broke the stud and lugnut on her vehicle and blamed after market lugnuts as the reason and wanted me They prey on elderly women like my mother. They should have consulted us if they were having a hard time and before they even attempted to remove them. When I met my mother there who was flustered I was greeted by Mike Schneider who had a disgusting attitude and his manager Mike Cooper was even worse. I will never stop foot near Bredemann again. Take your business elsewhere because this dealership is one big scam. More
