Set appt for my 2021 Toyota GR Supra’s oil change on a $80 quote over the phone. When I brought in the car I was quoted $200 + tax for the oil change itself and a tire rotation which would cost an addi $80 quote over the phone. When I brought in the car I was quoted $200 + tax for the oil change itself and a tire rotation which would cost an additional $20. When I came back to pickup the car they decided that it was okay to still charge me $220 + tax for only the oil change without doing the tire rotation which they said was not done on a car such as the Supra.
