I recently purchased a car at the Bredemann Toyota Dealership. It was a positive experience. I found them honest and transparent with their pricing. They stuck with the MSRP. Unlike many other dealerships throughout the Chicagoland area, they did not take advantage of the limited car supply by marking up the car price with a dealership market adjustment, requiring purchase of paint protection or extended warranty. We paid the MSRP. Bredemann also offered a deposit to place a car on hold while it was in transit (sight unseen) that was half of what most other dealerships required and it was refundable. Our positive experience did not end there. Patsy was our sales person. I called ahead to verify that a specific vehicle was not on hold for someone else. Patsy was waiting for us. Upon entering the building we were greeted with warmth and a welcoming smile. Patsy was professional and knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole process making it very easy. She was responsive to questions and she maintained a friendly and helpful attitude throughout. She even took time to go over the features in the new car making sure I was comfortable. I am very happy to recommend Bredemann Toyota Dealership and Patsy to customers looking for a straightforward and less stressful car buying experience. I would definitely do business with them again. Patriot Act Scammers. Won't allow you to bring in outside financing unless they run your credit. They already had my driver's license, old plates, insurance policy and everything else. I've had people use my credit to try and buy a car, so a credit check for "identity purposes" proves nothing. They also won't allow you to test drive on the interstate without manager approval. More
