I just bought the honda odyssey 2025 and extended warranty on Dec 05 2025, Josh the finance guy said it can be canceled anytime. I tried to cancel on December 7 2025, called the dealership. I never had ANY issues with my Honda. Took it to Fred Anderson Honda due to a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Came home, and my battery is dead. And now my left headlight is out. Had my car in for a brake issue. The service tech sent me a text with a link to a video where he showed me exactly what was causing my issue. Zooming in on the location where the trouble spot was I could see for myself the problem. And, instead of insisting that I replace the almost new brake pads he buffed them to save me some money. I don't normally like dealerships but this one is really different!! Thank you!! More
