Service ok except I asked for tire rotate and balance and They told me they didn’t do it because didn’t see wear on tires. It has 5,400 miles and should be rotated. That’s why they didn’t see wear! I told 2 service workers my problem in detail and neither listened to me. They only heard one of my car issues and seemed to focus on that when there was several issues. I had to go back in person, expre listened to me. They only heard one of my car issues and seemed to focus on that when there was several issues.
