Made an appt last Monday to bring my truck in the following Tuesday, because the a/c would stop working after driving it for more than half an hour. On Tuesday I dropped it at 1020 and David brought following Tuesday, because the a/c would stop working after driving it for more than half an hour. On Tuesday I dropped it at 1020 and David brought me home. At 540pm i called several times to find out what the status was. I left msg. At 610pm I called again and the service dept had gone home without calling me. The next morning I get a phone call saying that they had ran my truck for an hour, changed out my air filter because it needed it, but they were still working on it. At the end of the day, they asked if they could keep it till the following morning, I said yes, but to send someone to pick me up at 1030am, because I own a business and needed to attend to my business. They picked me up close to 1130, and when I arrived they told me it was a sensor problem, and yet was still not fixed. So maybe someone can tell me "How long does it take to put a sensor in my Ridgeline"? And can they get it done in less than a day More

It took 6 weeks for my car to be fixed. The problem was, i would make an appointment, show up first thing in the morning, and my car wouldn’t be looked at all day. The service advisor listened to all my concerns as well as the technician. Lots of experience in the service department from Adam the service manager. Ashton, Brandon, Anthony, and the new trainee made me feel at home while I was waiting for my car to be repaired. They let me know what was going on with my car step by step.
