When I purchased my vehicle Honda was owned by Victory. I was told I was getting free oil changes for a certain amount of time. I was charged for my oil change because supposedly victory was not offering o I was told I was getting free oil changes for a certain amount of time. I was charged for my oil change because supposedly victory was not offering oil changed in October. And conveniently the sales man who sold me my car and the finance manager no longer worked there to verify! The lady who we spoke to was rude and made it sound like me and my husband were lying about what we were told. I live 30 miles away from the dealership and have a whole folder of warranties and and paperwork from when I bought my vehicle that I was trying to review to see where victory had promised the free oil changed and the lady kept calling smirking saying, I haven’t received the email yet showing the free oil changes. Me and my husband know what we were told the day I bought my vehicle from Victory. Seems that since Bravo bought Victory out they do not want to honor the agreement Victory had made. Felt very disrespected and upset that we were made out to be lying. More
I didn't get what I went there for but that's ok. Nic was friendly and helpful in finding me a vehicle within my budget. I'm hoping this will be the last vehicle I need to buy but if not Bravo Honda Nic was friendly and helpful in finding me a vehicle within my budget. They try to say you need stuff that they've already did 2 months ago and they try to Sell you several services that they've already done. They give you wrong diagnostics on your car. This dealership works excellently excellent! I was warmly received at the reception for my oil change. In no time, the technician was through with this work. I noted that on the website, it mentioned that the February deal was an oil change for $49.99 however, I was charged $59.99.
