Every single aspect of buying a car from this place was a massive pain in the butt. I will never buy from a Bravo dealership ever again and will actively tell others the same. (First salesman) Detailing department left trash and belongings of the previous owners in the car including used masks...which is wonderful during a global pandemic. The service department could not fix my cars engine light while I kept it there for over a month straight, and several other times for a few days at a time. They finally reluctantly offered me another car. The 2nd salesman was atrocious and ignored basic questions about what they could offer me for over 3 hours. I merely asked what model, color and trim of the hybrids that they had. Had to escalate to upper management to get ANYTHING done. More

Everyone was courteous, and followed up with getting my vehicle in and out as they said. The transport driver was very courteous.
