Well is not of your business why i wanted to trade it for the durango !!!!!! It is my decision and i can do whatever want !!!!! You don’t question a customer with a personal decision so i started feel disrespectful by this ignorant that I don’t knw how he’s got that title as a floor manager yea I could of negotiated the payment alittle more but with his attitude and asking me what is the deal trading my current truck ?????? Come on be more professional!!!!! Went for oil change, and it took them 3 hours to tell me they couldn’t change the oil because there was a giant leak when they removed the filter. They claimed it wasn’t caused by them but that it wasn’t d they couldn’t change the oil because there was a giant leak when they removed the filter. They were nice and kind until I opened a case elsewhere to figure out if they were the ones at fault for the leak. When the other place took a visit to this location to understand how the leak happened. Giovanny Aguilera didn’t let him meet with the Service Manager. Fast forward today- 2 months later. This business never called them or me back, began to ghost me and block me. Will not cooperate nor help with the case and is now contradicting their story. When the supervisor talked to the service manager LA, he insulted me and laughed. This is now a case that we are escalating and not because of the money, but because I am disgusted at the discrimination, and the lack of cooperation as a business. I haven’t had this much anxiety since High School. To have adult business people treat me like this is wrong and sad. They respect and talk to a man differently and that alone is degrading. Bravo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the worst place you could ever take your RAM for repair. The mechanics are incompetent and don't care at all. There is no pride in how they do their work. The first time I did a simple oil change and when I picked up the truck there was oil on my steering wheel and arm rest on the drivers side. Last week I took it in for a recall of the turn signal lever and they made something that was working fine into a mess. Now sometimes the signal will not turn off when making a turn. I turned the steering wheel to the right and it smelled like wires were burning also now when I turn off my vehicle the Speedo lights and radio lights blink on and off. They ignored me for 1 month and just got a call back today after contacting Dodge Chrysler complaint line. They need to look into how they do things there. More

No Bravos for Bravo. I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. The first time is charged it with the EV charger I've used for 12 years with another hybrid, the I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. The first time is charged it with the EV charger I've used for 12 years with another hybrid, the red LED came on. That never happened before. I called the dealership 9 AM the next morning and asked to speak with the service department. The person who answered the phone was clueless, as he told me the red light came on when the car was fully charged. I know that is not true, so I asked for a service tech. I was told I needed to leave a message and I would get a call back. At 1:30 PM, not having received a call back, I left a message for the General Manager. It about 6:30 PM, not having received a call back, I sent an email to the GM and Douglas Bravo, the owner. I received a response from Mr. Bravo stating I would get a call back from a service tech the next morning. I did not. I did get a call at 4:45 PM from my salesperson. Kevin is a nice guy and good salesperson, but he is not a service tech. At 6:15 PM, I received a call from James, the Sales Manager. He told me he knew the right person in service and would have him give me a call. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from Rudy, the Service Manager. Rudy, calling me "buddy," told me he was going out the door, but would have a service tech call me the next morning. So I bought a car for over $52,000, had a charging issue and after two full days never received a call from a service tech. The crowning moment was when I received an email from Jose Reano sent at 10:30 PM that day. Four hours after I spoke to James and Rudy, he wrote: "Our service advisor Rudy, sales manager James both attempted to reach you today, but we were unable to connect. We truly value your time and want to ensure we address your concerns as soon as possible." Mr. Reano either: 1. Failed to ask both James and Rudy if they had spoken to me - which would be a ridiculously stupid course of action and is completely unacceptable, or 2. Outright gaslighted me and copied Mr. Bravo so the owner would believe he had taken the action Mr. Bravo stated would be taken in his email to me which is unacceptable by any standard. Mr. Bravo and Mr. Reano have failed to respond to my email pointing this out. I never received a call from a service tech. Fortunately for me, there is another Chrysler dealership closer to me than Bravo. The service support is at Bravo is non-existent. The GM ignored my voice message and then outright lied to me. Pacifica Pinnacle went in Sept for check engine light. Oct 8 and it’s still there. It was in Sept 5&6 and Sept 12&13 for same thing. 2022 car w 27k miles. Bravo won’t contact me. Chrysler no help. Best to service elsewhere, where you can actually get in touch with your service rep, and they don't hang up on you when just trying to reach someone. Poor process, poor customer communication, poor customer service. Also pointless to leave vm with service, never got a call back from that. When I bought my truck there, very friendly people. BUT brought RAM 1500 into service on Nov 7th for recall and issue with rear seatbelt (under warranty). Service agent is Donovan. Was supposed to be a quick re-flash for the recall and inspection of seatbelt. Was supposed to be only half day, but no call by noon on status, so I called @ 1:39p, got routed to vm and left message. @ 3:51p still no call back from them, so I called again, got routed to vm AGAIN, but vm full for service, so routed to operator who didn't pickup and operator vm full too! Called again @ 4:43 and 4:44, still can't reach anyone and was supposed to pickup before they close. I finally got a call back @ 4:49p, so I rushed to pickup my truck. The fun was not over, they needed to order a part for the seatbelt. Service tells me 3-5 days and they will call me when it arrives. 3-5 days maybe the part came in but NO CALL to me. I called them 20 days later! Oh yes, they have the part, but no call to me. Scheduled Dec 6th to install seatbelt buckle, brought truck in 9a and helped by Diego (not Donovan who was busy at the time). He says it should be quick and will be done today. If you read this so far, you can guess what happens next. No call on status by 1:42p, so I call to get update. Routed to service vm. Still no call back by 3:28p so I call again, routed to vm so I call again to operator. She routes me to cashier because she says the service people hang out around there, and you guessed it, straight to vm for the cashier, so I route back to operator...she then picks up the receiver then hangs up on me. I was calm until then. Called back to operator and said that i am coming in now and want to speak with management. She FINALLY got Diego on the phone and truck will be done in 10 minutes. Got my truck back, and will never buy or service from that location ever. Worth going somewhere else. Bravo Dodge/RAM takes the win for the worst customer service in their service department. More
