Can’t say enough great things! This is my 6th new car purchase and this dealer was by far the best I have ever went to! Specifically Eric, Jack, and Elihu! Can’t say enough about these men!! Traded my old car in gave me more then I was expecting! Was in and out in a few hours! Great friendly service!! HOWEVER after purchasing my truck I found out on my way back to El Paso that my ac didn’t work. It’s been two weeks now and my truck still has AC problems… so you could say my patients is gone. I’ve had to live with a brand new truck going on two weeks now in the desert… I understand things happen and they take time to fix. However as a customer that’s not my problem and the fact it’s still not been fixed is why I am rating you 1star. I will continue to be the “squeaky wheel” until someone is held responsible ***Update may 9 2022*** So yet another annoying circumstance I find myself in with the Bravo organization. A little back story is needed however. So I refinanced my vehicle to a much lower interest rate. Doing so my new loan holder provides gap coverage (that I paid for up front). So as a customer you are entitled to a reimbursement of the difference (subtracting mileage and time from it of course). So I went through the process of submitting all the documents needed. And now the reimbursement check is ready, almost 2.5 months later. And is currently sitting on a desk waiting to be “routed”. After calling to check up on the situation the first time about a month and a half after submitting the documents I talked to a lady and I can’t specifically remember her name but she was extremely polite and nice. Then I called the second time and as I could remember the specific name of the lady I spoke to was sent to Maria. First time talking to her was extremely nice and polite same as the first person I spoke to. And was told that in a couple days I should be hearing from someone to come pick it up was specifically told Monday at the latest. We spoke that evening on a Thursday. So I call Monday just asking about it as any customer would and Maria must have feeling the Monday or something. While she wasn’t mean but her attitude wasn’t the best. You could tell she was annoyed with my call as she was given the burden of dealing with this without any prior knowledge. And I can understand that but as a customer that’s not my problem. Especially since even getting ahold of anyone in finance is painful at best. I’ve had to email, online chat via their website, and almost harass people to get a call back just to get in touch with anyone there throughout this entire almost 3 month long process. Overall I would highly encourage people to steer clear from this dealership. As I plan to also write my review on dealer rater and call GM customer service and explain the situation to them. Cannot wait to be officially done with this specific dealership personally. The support after the sale is pretty annoying to deal with and I’ll personally never give my business to them ever again going forward due to this. **Update 28Feb2024** I called in to request a refund for the extended warranty I purchased as I never used it and you as a customer are entitled to a refund if not used. So I call in and get connected to Juan. And he informs me that I have to come in for wet signatures. I tell him that may be your policy however the law Trump's the businesses policy and inform him I'm active duty and live 2000 miles away. Currently have an appointment with legal tomorrow to seek legal action as they refuse to reimburse me the extended warranty they sold me. Remember to hold people accountable regardless of the cost so they stop trying to tak advantage of you. More
This place is absolutely terrible and untrustworthy. Went in to look at cars and all the prices were higher than their online prices. Finally found a vehicle that I liked and went in for negotiation but they refused to match their online price unless I purchased their bravo Benefits package (their package adds about $3000 to the total price) once I was able to get them to remove the package they raised the total price of the vehicle. I went home and decided to think about the deal and when I returned two days later, after they had promised they would honor that price if I came back, they were now refusing to give it and we’re refusing to remove their bravo Benefits package. they also refused to allow me to purchase the vehicle unless I allowed them to run my credit, even though I was already pre approved through my credit union because of the financial incentives they would receive. I’ve bought from several other car dealerships in town and this is the first time I’ve ever felt intentional deception. I can’t see for sure if it was the salesman or the financial manager either way use caution shopping here. More
Made an appointment yesterday to have an oil and filter change, dropped off the car this morning 15 minutes before my appointment. It has been 3-hours and the vehicle is still not ready. I called at the time they told me it would be ready, they stated they would call back. It has been an hour and no phone call. 3-Hours for an Oil and Filter change with AN APPOINTMENT? Bravo Chevrolet is Brutal!!! the "Service" in their "Service" Department is non-existent. Typical mentality when there is NO Competition. More
My husband and I was at this dealership today to look at Tahoes, the salesman informed us he had one in the back lot that had been held for someone else by deposit, but that they could not work a deal on th Tahoes, the salesman informed us he had one in the back lot that had been held for someone else by deposit, but that they could not work a deal on this 2023 Tahoe High Country with the customer who had put the deposit as they could not work the numbers to make it work, and the customer decided he no longer wanted the vehicle and that the deposit had been returned to that customer, so now the vehicle was available for purchase, he brought the Tahoe to the front of dealership and went with us to test drive it, had us sign paperwork to see what they would be willing to give for our vehicle as a trade in and then after the test drive took us into his office to work a deal, mind you we have spent at least 2.5 hours at this point, thinking we would be working out a deal to purchase this vehicle, he left his office he said to go find out what they were willing to offer for our vehicle as a trade in and came back with a sales manager after being gone for several minutes to inform us that this vehicle had been on hold for another customer with a deposit and that this was the last day for the vehicle to be on hold and that the person that had the deposit on it had just now showed up to claim the vehicle and it was no longer available for us to purchase, wow…that is completely a different story than what the salesperson had told us to begin this journey and now you are saying it was still being held for someone, why show it and let us test drive and then take us in to work a deal, never in all our years have we ever had something like this happen so very unprofessional and we believe was a down out right lie, we believe someone as we were told by the sales manager and salesman that he buys a lot of vehicles from them showed up and they decided to let him buy the vehicle instead of us, never ever buy from this dealership, so poorly managed and run, you should never ever let things like this happen, wow..what a waste of time!!! More

Buying my car was easy- the registration paperwork on the other hand has been a total disaster! They claim they support veterans and always looking out- Not quite, not only did they not process my registrati other hand has been a total disaster! They claim they support veterans and always looking out- Not quite, not only did they not process my registration until the mid May ( I had to keep calling to get an extension) they never filed the correct paperwork even after I have provided all the information 3 different times! I've gone in to speak to managers and they just blow it off because the sale has been made the xxxx with taking care of the customer/veteran. Don't be fooled by the smiles, they will not follow through in the promises or do the paperwork correctly, 6 months later, 8 emails, 5 in person visits to mangers and an email to GM and nothing has been done to correct the issue. Shop else where! More

They also don't greet you They sit there behind their work station waiting for you to find them. To top it off, that dealership parked my vehicle out in the parking lot and I had to go find it when they were finished. I can't even tell you all the rest that was wrong. Mr.Lance Knopp - Bravo Director of Operations - kindly took care of that and advised next time I needed service to use their BEST dealership in my area - El Paso Bravo Cadillac. He offered to detail my vehicle and give me a loaner if I would give them a second chance. So, I did. I was contacted by Mr. FERRER, THE SERVICE MANAGER on July 7th. I had a few other issues I wanted them to check out since I was driving 100+ miles and he told me they could do diagnostic tests to figure out what needed to be done. It was agreed that I would be there July 11th at 9:00 am and he would have a loaner vehicle ready for me. I had to get up at 5:45 am to leave my home in Deming, NM and be there by 9:00am. I arrived at 8:58 am only to wait 1 hour and 33 minutes for the loaner. To top it off, had to wait longer for temp tag AND only had gas enough for 93 miles! Less than what it would take me to get home. AND, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD IN THE KEY FOB-SO I HAD TO REPLACE THAT! SO, it continues to go downhill...NO ONE called me all afternoon Tuesday or Wednesday to update me. I finally called about 3:30 where Mr. FERRER-THE SERVICE MANAGER - gave me a different story than my advisor, David! This whole experience, I got nothing but lies from Mr Ferrer. AND, at one point the dealership General Manager Mr. LUIS Acosta, was notified by Mr. Knopp about the issues. I NEVER HEARD FROM MR. ACOSTA! I told them to forget it and I would pick up my vehicle Friday at 12:30. My vehicle had the oil change, tire rotation and the detailing offered by Mr. KNOPP. EVERYTHING looked great. I noticed the front car mats were EXTREMELY slick but thought that was just because they had maybe cleaned them with something. This morning when I went out to get something out of my car, I noticed there were large black areas where the mats met the carpet. PRIOR TO THIS MY 2016 WAS SPOTLESS!All day I've tried to find out WHAT ON EARTH THEY USED ON THE MATS. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ME!!! Consequently, I'm writing this and will be filing a BBB REPORT! The owner of this dealership, AND The Las Cruces dealership, MR ALEX FLORES needs to be aware of how customers are treated. More
