Mike Rodriguez, is very honest and truly care about the military community. His professionalism doesn't go unnoticed. Not only does Mike ensure my vehicles are properly maintained, he keeps me informed a military community. His professionalism doesn't go unnoticed. Not only does Mike ensure my vehicles are properly maintained, he keeps me informed at all times, ensuring me on the cost of the repair before moving forward. I've know Mike for 15yrs even then as a E-4 in the military he was honest never overwhelmed me with some cost that was outside my budget. Now I'm retired from the military and my trust has grown to more of a family level for Mike. Mike treats me as if my vehicle was brand new. Never once making me feel less important because I'm not pulling into the bay with the latest cadillac model. I truly believe Mike should be promoted to where he has even a greater impact on customers. Just recently i found out Bravo can service corvettes, no more missions Chevrolet for me. I promise you Mission cant even come close to the quality of service and professionalism you'll receive at Bravo. Bravo even provides a loaner while your vehicle is being serviced when available. What I love best, sometimes I'm not able to drop of one of my vehicles so I'm able to send my wife. Mike never once made her feel lost nor uncomfortable. Mike breaks everything down for her even showing her using a mechanic to illustrate axactly what's the problem. If you think your family's safety is important and wont all repairs done right with oem parts and warranty, well Bravo is the place. More

I choose to go no other place than Bravo Cadillac, to take my car for any service needed. The staff ithere is wonderful!! They are very professional, friendly & make me feel very special.. I am relaxed take my car for any service needed. The staff ithere is wonderful!! They are very professional, friendly & make me feel very special.. I am relaxed , even while waiting for service, provided with snacks , sodas & water if wanted. They wash my car for any service ,even if already clean or to receive car inspection , as was done on my last visit. The restrooms are wonderful, clean & have wonderful fragrance.🙂🙂🙂🙂 They are the greatest!!!!! More
