As you can see in the thread above Lance Knopp (the general manager) is just playing damage control. He posts an automated message to make it look like bravo cares about the concerns of their consumers. To make things worse he gives a number to their receptionists which is worthless. They transfer you knowing the individual is not available even after asking for them to make sure they are available before being transferred. As of today, I am still waiting on a call from Henry regarding, my trade in. Anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle from here please be advised of the Serious risks you are taking dealing with this company.
