Fiendly, efficient service I have been buying Subaru's here since 2008. The sales team is easy to work with and never pressure the buyer. It's always a great experience to have work done in your service department. I was approached to have my car reviewed for a re-sale. I was approached multiple times by a service representative. I understand that you are looking for used vehicles but I feel that after a few inquires that it would be nice to not keep being asked about selling my vehicle for an update. I have no desire to sell my vehicle. So your persistence is a little annoying. Other than that, I have no complaints. More

Nate not only fit me in within an hour for service, he h I did not have an appointment when I walked in, but remembered I needed to have service done. Nate not only fit me in within an hour for service, he helped me determine which service work I needed AND found a coupon for me to use which saved me $40. I was very happy when Nate returned after being gone for a while. With him there I know I will get amazing service and he works hard to keep the cost down. Please give him a raise! More

recent service I scheduled an appointment using the online service. I specified that I needed the 36,000 mile service and I selected the latest appointment, 4:30. When I arrived I was told that it wasn't possible to have that service done, as it requires two hours. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze in part of the service - the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated how quickly they completed that work. They were helpful and fast. But the fact that I have to now schedule another appointment, and that I showed up expecting something that turned out to be impossible, was a bit frustrating. The system should be changed so that this time conflict doesn't happen, or at least I should have been notified prior to arriving that the time needed for the work required me to select an earlier time slot. More
