When I went to purchase my Subaru, Nis, was so prepared for me-- all the paperwork was in order, he explained everything in great detail and even though he probably should have gone home hours earlier, he still had all the time in the world for me to ask questions. John helped at making Brattleboro Subaru feel like my new home away from home by meeting our needs in a number of different way. He was a super liaison between sales and service. John is truly exceptional. Heidi and Nate in service are taking such great care of us. From the moment we walked thru the doors, we felt comfortable and taken care of. marie was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive.
