After the awful experiences we've had in the past with dealers (sorry to say, even Subaru dealers), we were very pleasantly surprised (and relieved) to work with honest, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful sales people (all via the Internet, email, and phone). I would never hesitate to recommend Marie Flack and Mike Masters at Brattleboro Subaru. They absolutely went the extra yard and even arranged for the car to be delivered to us at the Hudson, NY, Amtrak train station where our 17-year-old Subaru had drowned in the parking lot three weeks before (the storm surge traveled all the way up the Hudson River from New York Harbor and swamped the Amtrak train station parking lot). We couldn't have had a more positive experience and we're happy with the new car, too (although we miss the old one and it's manual roll down windows). More

I need a car for work, and needed a new car as mine had been in a shop in Albany ny for 5 days and the problem was still not resolved. I had contacted several Subaru dealers and Mike Masters, with Brattleboro Subaru, was the most attentive, courteous,personable, knowledgable, helpful and hard working dealer representative I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many in the last 58 years. He wanted the sale to happen, so made it happen. Everyting was taken care of in about 20 minutes, over the phone and internet. I called him at 3:00 in the afternoon and the car arrived, over 100 miles away, at my home at 7:30 that same evening. It was exactly what I wanted, and I knew what I wanted. The car was clean and the delivery guys were friendly, cheerful, and the paperwork/process was completed in less than 5 minutes.
