I need a car for work, and needed a new car as mine had been in a shop in Albany ny for 5 days and the problem was still not resolved. I had contacted several Subaru dealers and Mike Masters, with Brattleb been in a shop in Albany ny for 5 days and the problem was still not resolved. I had contacted several Subaru dealers and Mike Masters, with Brattleboro Subaru, was the most attentive, courteous,personable, knowledgable, helpful and hard working dealer representative I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with many in the last 58 years. He wanted the sale to happen, so made it happen. Everyting was taken care of in about 20 minutes, over the phone and internet. I called him at 3:00 in the afternoon and the car arrived, over 100 miles away, at my home at 7:30 that same evening. It was exactly what I wanted, and I knew what I wanted. The car was clean and the delivery guys were friendly, cheerful, and the paperwork/process was completed in less than 5 minutes. Very pleased with my experience here at Subaru of VT. I tried to stay local to purchase a car from the Keene NH Subaru dealer however 4 hours later I realized that the finance rep. Dan, did not want to sel tried to stay local to purchase a car from the Keene NH Subaru dealer however 4 hours later I realized that the finance rep. Dan, did not want to sell me a car. I was being stung along and I have never spent 4 hours at a dealership before. I have great credit and I don't make it a habit to go shopping for a car unless I can buy one. Dan was very rude after I told him I would not place money down. I would not have purchased a car from him if it was a good deal as I did not enjoy my experience. The salesman Curt was very nice. I hope he goes somewhere else so the likelyhood of him selling cars becomes a reality. We called Subaru of VT and gave them our specs. Within a few hours we had an upgraded car, free life time oil changes, extended warrantee and a very pleasant staff. Paul was very nice and sold us what WE wanted. Word of advice, when you treat your customers respectfully you will have returning customers for life. I'll be back!! Thanks Subaru of VT!! More

Our car died and we needed a new one ASAP. So we went to Brattleboro Subaru and worked with Luke Higley. It was a great experience.
