These folks fit the bill. Mike Masters walked me through the order and mechanics of the deal over the Web and telephone, Billy Boutilette showed me my new car, handled the paperwork and my questions on delivery, Nizam Mushaba took me through the financing and purchase mechanisms, and Luke Higley and John Sciaca provided authoritative guidance. I got the car I wanted at better than the price I had hoped for with one visit to the dealership, some Web correspondence and some phone calls. These folks met and exceeded my expectations. They were genuinely concerned with making my experience with them as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. They really did well. I would recommend them highly. And the car is fantastic. More

We just bought a 2012 Surabu Forester from this dealership. We found this dealer via the Consumer Reports car buying service and drove in from Saratoga Springs, NY to complete the purchase. We received great service, support and a great price. All the other dealers we spoke with tried really hard to sell us something off their lot. This dealer quickly offered to order the exact car we were looking for. Why was this so difficult for all the other Subaru dealers closer to our home? We were not in a hurry to buy, so this was a perfect solution for us. We never felt pressured at any stage of the purchase procedure. (our last car purchase of a Toyota was pleasant until they pressured us into buying extended warranties, key protection, etc. This dealer presented our options, explained them all, and accepted our decision.) There was one problem with the vehicle. One of the port installed options was missing. They quickly fixed this while we were completing the paperwork. So it was a non-problem. Very professionally handled. Perhaps most importantly. The price we were quoted over the internet was the price we paid. There were no last minute surprises. I can honestly say that this was the best new car buying experience that I have ever had (dating back 25 years). More

The service I recieved was the best I have ever encounted at a dealer. I found a car online, called up Mike Masters to ask a bit more about the vehicle, and went in a bit later to test drive it. When I got to the dealer, they had brought the car up front and had it ready and waiting for me. Chris Ducharme immediately welcomed me, introduced me to Mike, and got me into the car for a test drive. I think my favorite part was being able to bring my dog in the dealer, getting a logoed "SUBARU" mess bag for my dog, then taking her for a test drive with me! A couple days later I had to come in for a service and was treated very well. The appointment was set up immediately and they worked with me every step of the way to right the issue, including making me feel comfortable in their lounge with a cup of coffee (it's amazing what coffee does!). I am very much looking forward to doing business with this dealer in the future and will recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Thank you! More

Long story short, Nate and company saved my ass. I'd purchased a '97 Impreza Outback Sport in NYC back on April 6 to give to my daughter up in Burlington, Vermont. Check Engine light flashing, car shuddering and barely moving - all very exciting. I had it towed to one establishment where it sat for many days before they threw up their hands and passed it back to me. I then had it towed to Brattleboro Subaru, which is where I should have taken it to begin with. Time was marching on and I still needed to get the car repaired, registered and up to Burlington by the 26th of April (the daughter needed the car to get to and from her new job). Some crucial parts were unavailable regionally and had to be ordered from Subaru HQ, which got them to Brattleboro on the afternoon of the 25th. Nate had gotten done everything he could get done before receiving the elusive parts and managed to get the car back together – and running beautifully, I might add – by 2:00 p.m. on the 26th, which meant we were able to make it to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Springfield prior to their 4:00 p.m. closing time to register the car. And then on up to Burlington. The daughter started work this morning and was very pleased with her "new" car. And I'm very pleased to have had the good fortune of dealing with Nate and the crew at Brattleboro Subaru. More
