These guys are THE best! I purchased a 2014 Crosstrek through Brattleboro's internet sales team. This is by far the best car buying experience of my life. The prompt respons I purchased a 2014 Crosstrek through Brattleboro's internet sales team. This is by far the best car buying experience of my life. The prompt response to my initial inquiry, financing support, remote purchase/pick-up process, and that unexpected follow-up after the deal was closed to see "how things are going with your new Subaru" were second to none. After researching AWD's on the market, I decided to get a Subaru. I looked around different dealers in my area (upstate NY) but couldn't find an offer that worked for me. Brattleboro Subaru provided an unbeatable online price plus the option of ordering the car just the way I wanted it. Woohooo!!!! Honestly, at first, I was a bit hesitant about online purchasing and having to drive to VT to pick-up the car. Brattleboro's internet sales team provided the assurance I needed every step of the way. Trust me, the round trip to VT to get my über-awesome Crosstrek was well worth it (the scenery was awesome too). They were very accomodating, patient and open to discuss any questions I had regarding the car, and the online purchase process. Most importantly, I never felt like being "pushed into closing a deal". If you want a Subaru, then Brattleboro Subaru in VT is the "go to" dealership; regardless of where you live in the US. Christmas Eve Miracle On my way home from work today my check engine light came on. It was 1:00pm on Christmas Eve, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to make today to the Boston A On my way home from work today my check engine light came on. It was 1:00pm on Christmas Eve, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to make today to the Boston Airport. I turned my car around and headed to the Brattleboro dealership. The service center was closed for the Holiday, but I wondered down the hallway a bit and the sales manager named Luke, came out to see if I needed help. I explained my situation and without any hesitation he had me pull my car around and came outside in the rain to check it out himself. He showed me how to check the oil and we determined it was really low and I needed to get more in there asap. He gave me all the information he had on where I could possibly get help on the Holiday since the center was closed, what kind to buy and how to put it in. Then he ran inside to get something. Shortly after, to my surprise, a service tech (who's name I can't remember) appeared with oil and supplies and changed my oil for me, they brought out some extra oil and told me to recheck it when I arrived then to get the oil changed as soon as I could and come back to get the check engine light after I returned from my trip. Everyone was beyond friendly and so unbelievably accommodating. I was blown away by such amazing service, especially on such short notice and on a holiday. They truly saved me and I can't thank both of them enough. Extremely kind and helpful and generous. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Truly, truly wonderful, caring people. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else ever. THANK YOU so much!! More
