Loved most of my first experience buying a new Subaru. Matt was attentive to our needs, patient and considerate. He found almost exactly what we were looking for and he went the extra mile. When I began my car search last year, I started by looking at some dealer reviews. I was looking for a Subaru, and two of the best were Brattleboro Subaru and Subaru of Keene - as they are today. When I first went to Bratt., they were not able to finance me. A few weeks later, I got a call from Jessica regarding this new program they had established. So I went back for another look. Jessica explained she was still in her first couple weeks in the position, but she made the process go fairly smoothly. The tires on the vehicle were almost done, so they agreed to knock off $400 or so of the asking price. I was able to get financed through Credit Acceptance, and while the interest rate is high, I have a better vehicle now than I used to. I was relieved... until the next day when my check engine light came on. Part of the camshaft had gone bad, and it was not covered under my extended warranty. I called Jessica and asked if there was anything they could do. She talked with her manager and they agreed to reimburse me the repair cost! Ultimately, I got the feeling that she genuinely wanted to work a good deal for me. I will definitely consider them when I go shopping again! More

I found Brattleboro Subaru while doing research online on the new Outback. I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted and was shopping around at a few dealers. I got a great offer from another dealer and asked Mike what he could do. He found me a car which was exactly what I wanted (included remote start which I wanted but didn't even know it yet!) and was able to give me a better deal. At this point I was sold and wasn't going to waste any more time. Not only did no one else have this exact car, but I didn't want to waste more time talking to 3 dealerships trying to save another 100 bucks. I was already getting a great deal and Mike was very helpful and responsive. The rest of the process was extremely smooth. I've never had such an easy buying experience. Both Mike and Niz were pleasant and easy to deal with on the phone and the whole process only took a couple of days to complete. 3 days from my first conversation with Mike, he had my new car delivered right to my door. It was great. The paperwork came with it and everything was spot on like we talked about. I signed everything and the driver left me the keys. So far, everything has been great and I love the car. Since receiving the car, I have received multiple follow up calls from Mike and his associates just checking in, making sure everything was OK and to answer any questions I have. I walked around the parking lot looking at cars with my mom who was also interested in a vehicle, no one came out to help us, so we went inside and were in there for several minutes with NO ONE asking if t mom who was also interested in a vehicle, no one came out to help us, so we went inside and were in there for several minutes with NO ONE asking if they could help us ( I know VERY rare for autosales) so I asked on person if they were available and they said, no, at this time a woman was texting on her phone at her desk and never looked up two more sales people walked by I asked if they could help us, finally a I went up to a man I think his name was Jason, he had only been there a few months, and he said he was finishing up something and would help us when he was done. I told him we didn't have much time and he "helped" my mom first... two hours later( he couldn't find anything for her) I asked if I could have a drink of water, he sent me to a water fountain, not a bubbler a fountain. Then it was my turn, I told him exactly what I was looking for a new impreza sport and where I wanted my payment to be. he came back to me after disappearing for over an hour with a payment 178 dollars over where I wanted to be, I did the math in my head and couldn't for the life of me figure out where he was coming up with this amount, I very unhappily got up and thanked him for wasting my entire day, then he said oh wait let me talk to my manager... NO... sorry you had your chance! The next day I went to Keene Subaru, bought the exact same car with the exact same trade in for 180 dollars less a month than his offer. Oh and as soon as I walked into Keene Subaru they asked instantly if they could help me, asked me immediately if I would like a cup of water, coffee or even tea or a bagel, they even bought me lunch and I drove out of there extremely happy with my brand new white impreza sport wagon!!!!!!! Outstanding customer service! Worked with Marie (who was great) over the Internet and also spoke with Luke. We were looking for a particular model and color. Had been working with another dealer who didn't put in much effort and told us it would take 8 weeks to get. Marie quoted a price that was lower than that other dealer and Luke found a car for us in one day. Later in the week we went to the dealership (two hours from our home) to pick up the car. Jason Peters completed the sale including a trade-in. Jason Posternak completed the paperwork. Both Jason's were great to deal with. In less than 90 minutes we were driving away in the car we wanted. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - it was customer service at it's best. We saved money, time and the frustration that comes with interacting with too many other dealerships. We will definitely return for our next vehicle. Work with Marie online and then take the extra time for a drive to Brattleboro if you don't live in the neighborhood - to experience great customer service and then hit one of the good lunch spots in town before heading home in your new car. We have never had a better car purchasing experience. More

Buying a Forester for my 87yr young mother. Settled on a lease. The car we needed was found at another dealership and brought in within a week. They explained almost everthing as many times as we needed, (halfway home, we realized it had a sunroof!) and showed my mother the operations of the car. A bit different than her Mercury Marquis! We were very pleased with the price and attitude of the employees. Even though we live out of state, the dealership was going to go get the new tags and insurance information for us. They also programmed the garage door opener to the rear view mirror. The service waiting room looks to be very comfortable should we bring it back here for service. Driving home, I was happy with the performance or the car, and believer my mother will be happy with her choice. Overall, would recommend Brattleboro Subaru to anyone. More
