The prompt response to my initial inquiry, financing support, remote purchase/pick-up process, and that unexpected follow-up after the deal was closed to see "how things are going with your new Subaru" were second to none. After researching AWD's on the market, I decided to get a Subaru. I looked around different dealers in my area (upstate NY) but couldn't find an offer that worked for me. Brattleboro Subaru provided an unbeatable online price plus the option of ordering the car just the way I wanted it. Woohooo!!!! Honestly, at first, I was a bit hesitant about online purchasing and having to drive to VT to pick-up the car. Brattleboro's internet sales team provided the assurance I needed every step of the way. Trust me, the round trip to VT to get my über-awesome Crosstrek was well worth it (the scenery was awesome too). They were very accomodating, patient and open to discuss any questions I had regarding the car, and the online purchase process. Most importantly, I never felt like being "pushed into closing a deal". If you want a Subaru, then Brattleboro Subaru in VT is the "go to" dealership; regardless of where you live in the US. Christmas Eve Miracle On my way home from work today my check engine light came on. It was 1:00pm on Christmas Eve, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to make today to the Boston A On my way home from work today my check engine light came on. It was 1:00pm on Christmas Eve, and I had a 2.5 hour drive to make today to the Boston Airport. I turned my car around and headed to the Brattleboro dealership. The service center was closed for the Holiday, but I wondered down the hallway a bit and the sales manager named Luke, came out to see if I needed help. I explained my situation and without any hesitation he had me pull my car around and came outside in the rain to check it out himself. He showed me how to check the oil and we determined it was really low and I needed to get more in there asap. He gave me all the information he had on where I could possibly get help on the Holiday since the center was closed, what kind to buy and how to put it in. Then he ran inside to get something. Shortly after, to my surprise, a service tech (who's name I can't remember) appeared with oil and supplies and changed my oil for me, they brought out some extra oil and told me to recheck it when I arrived then to get the oil changed as soon as I could and come back to get the check engine light after I returned from my trip. Everyone was beyond friendly and so unbelievably accommodating. I was blown away by such amazing service, especially on such short notice and on a holiday. They truly saved me and I can't thank both of them enough. Extremely kind and helpful and generous. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Truly, truly wonderful, caring people. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else ever. THANK YOU so much!! More

Great new car buying experience! I owned a Subaru Forester that was getting close to 5 years old, and my husband was driving me crazy about trading it in for a new one while it still I owned a Subaru Forester that was getting close to 5 years old, and my husband was driving me crazy about trading it in for a new one while it still had value and low miles. I resisted for a long time, but finally gave in, IF he could find a dealer to get exactly what I was looking for - namely, a hard to find color with all the options I wanted. I figured not he nor any dealer would be able to do it for an attractive price, and give me what my trade-in was worth. Much to my surprise, he worked a deal with Brattleboro Subaru. Mike and Marie made sure all my criteria were met, and offered a pretty good deal on top of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a new Subaru without all the typical hassle that comes with buying a car. More

He made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions and voice my concerns. I felt completely supported and informed with my decision to purchase the 2015 Forester and Tom bent over backwards to make sure I was able to drive it home that evening. I also enjoyed a tour of the Service dept and how it's operated; where to park, key dropbox, courtesy pick up and drop off service, etc. Truth be told, I have always had good experiences purchasing new cars, but most of the Dealerships fell short in the service departments. However, I've only heard good things about Subaru's service dept and am looking forward to working with your service team.
