Tom was clear, direct, and friendly, and my experience with Nizam was very positive (good sense of humor, and didn't go overboard with high pressure sales tactics). Bratt Subarua didn't have the exact car I wanted on their lot, but they were able to get what I needed in a short time frame and at a fair price. Also, the car was ready for me to pick up when they said it would be. Since my car had been totaled in an accident a couple of weeks prior to purchase of the new vehicle, I was pleased with the quick response to my vehicle requests. I have always found Bratt Subaru to be fair and direct--both in terms of their sales and service departments. After some negative prior experiences with other car dealerships (other than Subarau), I really appreciate the convenience of having a local dealer that inspires confidence and trust, and Brattleboro Subaru definitely falls into this category. Loyal customer for good reason I have just leased my 8th Subaru since 2009. The whole family has been driving a Subaru. Every transaction we have had at what is now Brattleboro Subaru I have felt that the whole team has sincerely worked to get me the best deal. Billy, our sales rep is the epitome of honesty and sincerity and we all trust him implicitly. And he has always been there for us when there was a problem that needed the support of the whole dealership, organizing it and solving the problem. Like the time I was in Boston for a medical conference and the car started having seizures.....(and of course it was the end of the lease and, boy, was I happy to leave the car behind and go home in my new leased car).
