My overall expienrce went well. I was a little upset with the finace part of it. It didn't get to see the way the deal was broke down . My husband and I were traveling from Tennessee to Vermont for the holidays and while in Pennsylvania we noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. We called Brattleboro Subaru at the recommendation of a fri for the holidays and while in Pennsylvania we noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. We called Brattleboro Subaru at the recommendation of a friend and explained our problem. They scheduled an appointment for us the day of our arrival. When I brought the vehicle in, the service employee was patient, thorough, and attentive. In addition to the vibration, I asked them to check the headlight alignment, even though my local dealer said there was nothing wrong. The service was completed exactly when they said it would be. They called and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and the solution. They also confirmed the headlights were misaligned and they corrected them. Finally, they also addressed an outstanding recall issue on the brake line that had not been done by the Knoxville Subaru dealer. We make a trip to VT every 2 years; I might even plan major service updates to coincide with our visits because I am so disappointed with my local dealer. I was 100% pleased with Brattleboro Subaru.
