I'm very sorry that she feels this way about her experience. This is the last thing I want to hear from one of our customers. I take responsibility for whatever role I had in making her feel this way. I will say that we try to treat all of our customers with the utmost respect and anything I did was truly unintentional. As the customer was finishing with our sales person I did interject and ask if I could have a few more minutes. She sat with me in my office and we agreed on a deal. After we finished that she stayed and chatted in my office and I thought all was good. Over a month after ordering her car she told her sales consultant that she was unhappy with me before picking up her car but that she still wanted to get her car here rather than waiting to get it some where else. At that point I stepped out the process out of respect for her feelings towards me. She said that she enjoyed working with Nate, Laura, and Frank so I hope that says something about the dealership.
