The BEST Experience! Laura immediately made me feel at ease when she welcomed me and listened to what I was looking for. She helped me get totally comfortable with the Crosstrek that I test drove, explaining how everything worked, and when I told her I wanted to be able to sleep in it for my long trips to Spartan Races, she encouraged that I lay down and get comfortable, right in the parking lot ;). We talked about the car, and since it really did suit all my needs on top of being my favorite to look at, I told her it was the one. I returned to the dealership a few nights later to buy the car. Laura stayed late with me that evening patiently explaining, and literally walking me through every step of buying a car, getting a co-signer, purchasing car insurance, and everything in between. While we were waiting for one thing to be processed, she began on the next, seemingly doing many complicated things at once but remaining completely relaxed. When I returned a few days later once the co-signed papers were in order, she and Nizam helped me OFFICIALLY sign to buy my car! I drove away feeling like I had been really cared about and taken care of and I'd always recommend the Brattleboro dealership and Laura, and I will always come back! Thank you :) More

My 2010 Forester had been giving us a bit of trouble over minor things, while the mileage was nearing 120,000. We came in to explore the possibilities and soon discovered we could upgrade to a new Forester with everything I wanted at an affordable price. John McLean, who had sold my friend her car, had me fill out the financial forms to see how much car I could manage. That was a great idea, so there would be no disappointments later. John also asked me plenty of questions about the features and even the car color I wanted. I had to settle for less than I wanted when I had purchased my previous (used) car. Following a thorough test drive during which John first showed me the EyeSight system/cruise control/Xmode, as well as the Blindspot indicators and the audio system, etc. while he drove the car. That approach helped me feel more comfortable when I took over the rest of the test drive, which included a run on Rt. 91. Seeing the car's stability even in the mud impressed me, as did all the other safety features and the incredible sound system. I also fell in love with the Jasmine Green. I had already purchased four previous Foresters, so the car does sell itself. This latest model put all the others to shame, as it gave me many of the same or similar features my uncle has on his luxury cars (Audis, Jaguars, Mercedes). John excels when it comes to preparing and carrying out a test drive; he thinks of every contingency to give each customer what he/she needs and loves. He comprehends how emotional a car purchase can be, especially when dealing with music lovers. That attention to detail proves invaluable when making such a large purchase. We take lots of trips, which John knew, so we want comfort, safety and easy access to our music. I also appreciate John's friendly, calm demeanor; he rolls with the punches while maintaining his upbeat attitude. We were supposed to pick up my new car on a day that was forecast to include a serious snowstorm. Despite having a packed schedule, John and his colleagues accommodated most of us the day before the storm without skipping a beat. Not only did John go over all the features and setup functions with each customer, but he also filled my tank with gas while I signed all the paperwork. The entire staff seems accommodating and gracious, which makes the whole experience so much more pleasant than most major purchases. Everything at Brattleboro Subaru is straightforward, without all the games and gimmicks, as well as the high-pressured, often obnoxious approaches employed by all too many car dealers. I recommend this dealer to everyone I meet, just as I always give rave reviews to my Foresters. More

I test drove a variety of cross-tracks; from a used basic model to a new one with all the bells and whistles and with each tested vertical she went through how things worked with a great enthusiasm and objectivity. I felt no pressure at all to buy any particular vehicle, with Laura. I learned what each vehicle offered, went home though about things and made a great purchase for me! I had a trade-in and wanted more then they thought they could give, but clearly expressed a desire not to loose my business and we reached an agreement. From start to finish an amazing, enjoyable car leasing experience!!! Yes, I am using enjoyable and car leasing in the same sentence. Our first contact via the internet was with Mike Masters. It was a quick negotiation and lock on a priced (great one at that) with no gimics, nonsense or games. Within 48 hours we were greeted at the door by Tom McFeeley who was awaiting our arrival. He finalize our sale and gave us a thorough introduction to our new vehicle. I really appreciated the time and attention he took to be sure we were familiar with our vehicle before leaving the dealership. We wrapped up our financial portion with Jason Posternak who helped us navigate and finalize our lease in a well organized and thorough fashion. Before we departed we were greeted by Luke Higley, general manager, who made sure we were comfortable and well satisfied with our experience. Everyone else we meet along the way was friendly and courteous, and the dealership made us feel relaxed like we were visiting old friends. New York dealerships should take a page from Brattleboro Subaru's customer service handbook. I would highly recommend everyone take the drive to visit Brattleboro Subaru, it is well worth your time. Laura was on the ball from start to finish. She took all my info via email ahead of time, and had some ideas prepared when I came to meet her. The first car she picked was perfect, there was minimal back and forth to negotiate terms, and I was done way faster than my experience in the past. I also have to add that the paperwork process was quick and painless. Highly recommend reaching out to Laura and team. More
