I knew what I was looking for and researched the specific vehicle online at several different de This was my first experience with Brattleboro Subaru. I knew what I was looking for and researched the specific vehicle online at several different dealerships in the area. Brattleboro Subaru offered the car that I was looking for at a much lower price. Their website was very easy to use and I was pre-approved for credit and filled out the financial forms that I needed to before I even walked in the dealership. Marie contacted me right away and answered any questions that I had about the process and scheduled me for a test drive at 5 pm that evening. Ian greeted me at and was very laid back and helpful throughout the process. He explained things very clearly and did not pressure me at all. Luke clearly went over the financial details and did not pressure me to buy any extra service plans or products that I did not need. I received more than what I expected for my trade in. The deal was closed by 7:30 pm and I was on my way. There were no hassles or gimmicks and I felt very respected by each of the staff members who helped me. I will definitely be going back to Brattleboro Subaru the next time I am looking for a new car and I highly recommend them to anyone. More
