When I dropped my car off on Saturday April 14, I mentioned to Dave that I had a coupon for a,free car wash and multi point inspection as a birthday gift from Subaru. He said he would see what they could so because they only had 4 workers that day. When I came back, my car was spotless! I thanked him for scheduling the guys to clean it and he told me that they didnt have time, but he knew that I would appreciate it, so he took it out and hand washed it himself! Wow! Zach was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about the car, and also helped throughout the entire process of purchasing the car, a very nice person to deal with. The car was finely detailed. The dealership has a fantastic policy. They will do the run around of registering the car and delivered it right to our home with a full tank of gas. Please note that they made two trips from Brattleboro, Vt. to Leominster, MA in order to register and deliver the car to us. Just a great place to do business with. When its time to buy another car this is the first place I'll look! More

He narrowed down my options quickly, based on the models I had researched, and explained my options. He took the time to get to know my driving needs and suggested an Impreza Sport. We went for a test drive in a sparkly iced-silver car, and I took her home with me that afternoon! Basically I chatted with folks while John did all the work behind the scenes with his colleagues! He explained the car's many snazzy features, though I have a lot to learn still! The whole sales team was friendly and helpful as the process unfolded. I couldn't be happier!
