Service to auto was great however I waited in waiting room for over an hour AFTER the finish time on my car. The only thing separating me from clerk was glass wall with glass door. They knew I was waiting there for the car to be finished. She called and left message on my cell phone. I had turned off sound and put in purse so as not to disturb others in waiting room.
