Coming back home from vacation, I had a power system failure in my car that resulted in having to get it towed to the nearest dealership in a city over 4 hours from home. Brannon Honda happened to be the nearest dealership and I'm very grateful to the service staff that accommodated us in a very stressful situation. Since it was an emergency, we did not have an appointment but, service advisor Chris W. stepped in to help save the day despite it looking like a busy day for their department. He ushered us into their waiting area which was very nice in my opinion. We found out that the issue was due to two system recalls I was unaware of that. Chris W also informed me there was other updates the system needed. After the updates were done, he had another staff member drive it around to make sure the original system error did not persist despite the updates which was an extra step that helped relieve my worries tremendously! Shortly after, he informed us that we were good to go. Many thanks to Chris W and the rest of the service staff that assisted us! More
