Even though I had an appointment. It took them over 2 hours just to have my oil changed. I watched 8 different customers who got there after me leave, new ones come in and leave. Until I got up and w hours just to have my oil changed. I watched 8 different customers who got there after me leave, new ones come in and leave. Until I got up and went to see what was going on. My car was sitting out there parked ready to go. The guy who helped me was playing around with the manager who made it very uncomfortable as it seemed as they were laughing at me for getting up and asking for my keys. Very unprofessional. More
