Just so frustrating We bought our car from Branhaven and purchased a service plan that included oil changes so that's why we have continued to go back again and again. Every time we schedule our service appointment on the day we drop off they never seem to know why we are there nor that we are expected. This last time we asked that along with our oil change to please check and the brakes which Branhaven had suggested needed to be done. Not only did they not call us back to let us know the car was ready, when we showed up they had not even looked at the brakes. We have one oil change left but we won't be back. More

Your service department on the other hand could use a bit of work. I've never had issues up until the past few weeks with my Jeep. We've bought a total of 7 vehicles from here and would continue to buy them, maybe just not use the service department. Half of them have no idea what they are doing. Joe is always sweet and nice and I appreciate him for that. The other people just want to get you in and out. If I say my car has an issue and multiple people (including someone in your service department) agree then I would like it fixed, not told that it's a normal thing. It's obviously not normal to have a Jeep STALL. More

I had a problem with the Catalytic converter and I guess it is not the only one that they have changed with this Eco Diesel motor, The point being is they recognized the problem and were more than understanding that I needed a truck while mine was being repaired. I really wanted a truck with a hitch because I needed to pull a trailer to Florida and back for bike week. That being said I know it was an unreasonable request to ask anyone to allow me to put over 3000 miles on a truck they are allowing me to borrow. They did say if I was staying in state they would get me a truck with a hitch and I thought that was very nice and above and beyond the call of duty. . When this whole thing started Jonathan (my salesman) took me in the back to Sam ( who works in service) who listened to my problem and tried to offer a solution. Even the sales manager (Duncan) was involved and concerned about me. I have worked in sales for 0ver 24 years in a service oriented business and I have never seen any sales rep in the car industry try to help once you purchased a vehicle and drove it off the lot. They always bring you back to service and dump you in their lap. That did not happen her at BRANHAVEN. I will take it a step further. The owner saw me (who I have waived to while passing him in the past) and told me if I need anything please let him know he would do what he could for me. All of the above are the reasons why I recommend BRANHAVEN and would purchase another car here. I will tell you that who ever works in HR and does the hiring is part of the reason this place is successful. It is all about the culture of a company and they certainly understand customers needs. Thank you to all of the staff and anyone that I might have left out because they are part of the culture. Always remember anyone can sell you something but it all comes down to how they handle the problems when they occur that matters. More

When I bring in my Jeep, my contact person is Sam Iacono. He listens to my concerns and works with the mechanics to help analyze the problem, then relays the information back to me with respect and consideration. I have nothing but praise for Sam and the rest service department. I am always greeted with a smile. When I leave, I have confidence that high quality work was done on my Jeep. I am a very satisfied customer. More

Joe Platt, Chaz, and the rest of the service team have been really remarkable. I bought this used car through CarMax and that was a mistake. The vehicle has had alot of issues and if I had to guess, it ha been really remarkable. I bought this used car through CarMax and that was a mistake. The vehicle has had alot of issues and if I had to guess, it has been taken back for warranty service on 15 different occasions. The issues run the gamut--but suffice it to say I'm extremely happy we purchased the aftermarket warranty/service package. Joe is one xxxx of a nice guy. He is very clear and concise in his communications. He lets a person process the information because he is so succinct and then asks if there are any questions--and then he refers back to what he originally stated. He is one of these "problem solver" types of people where he wraps his head around an issue and takes personal responsibility for the car and it's passengers--in this case--my wife, and two children. I am currently in a 2011 leased jeep patriot from another dealer in Connecticut, (not the Chrysler under extended warranty) and I intend to return to Branhaven to buy my new car--very soon. All because of the integrity and humanity I was shown by Joe Platt and Branhaven. Thanks guys. More
