Very good as always! Although had to deal with the COVID stuff....staff was excellent! Went for oil change on a Friday...about a 90 minute wait. My choice to stay! Fixed right the 1st time! I just picked up my 2016 Grand Cherokee High Altitude from the service department today and I am very happy. After taking delivery of my GC in October it developed a really bad creaking sound (after only 800 miles) every time the body would flex. This was a constant annoyance and made me very unhappy with my vehicle and question my purchase of the brand. I was hesitant to have the work done due to the interior needing to be pulled apart, but today I left Branhaven loving my Jeep again. Thank you to Sam Iacono and the technician that worked on my Jeep. I will continue to service with Branhaven. More
Bad management/ownership I first bought a Jeep Wrangler, brand new 2012, from Ryan Larson, which was a great car. Never a problem. I traded that in after a year due to gas an I first bought a Jeep Wrangler, brand new 2012, from Ryan Larson, which was a great car. Never a problem. I traded that in after a year due to gas and my 2 hour commute for a brand new 2013 Dodge Dart from Ryan Hall. The day I test drove the car it was actually dead in the lot. Should've taken that sign and yielded before purchasing this junk. After a few months in the vehicle problems began. Within 2000 miles the engine would run completely out of oil, no sensors would alarm, and next thing I know I'm stuck on the side of the road. This problem has persisted over the last three years along with a transmission that clearly grinds, rattling noises from the engine compartment, not being able to get the car into gear, any many other things. I was encouraged to bring the vehicle in to be monitored by supposedly marking the dip stick and returning within 500-1000 miles to check it out. Twice, and two different dodge dealerships later, including branhaven, I was told they either forgot or no odd consumption was apparent. Over a dozen service records later and all say "meets Chrysler specifications". I continue to break down for the same reason though three years later. Advice, " keep oil in your car and monitor it yourself" (branhaven service department). That's exactly why I bought a brand new car; so I can monitor the oil consumption every 500 miles. The service department has been nice, but at what point do the sales staff and owners step in to say this is clearly not the product or reputation we want our customers to remember? It got to the point that the service manager from another dodge dealership gave me the number directly to corporate dodge because he was out of advice for me. I have called and left voicemails for the sales managers and Robert Lavallee. I have never heard back from anyone. If only the management was as responsive as the sales staff. Eager to sell you a car, but after that, best of luck. I clearly have a lemon and with the millions this dealership makes I would've imagined they would get me out of this car and back into something hassle free. I was wrong. I will never buy another car from this dealership again. I truly recommend that you do the same. If you end up with a bad car you're truly out of luck and tons of time will be spent banging your head against the wall. More

Fair Service I absolutely love my certified used vehicle from BranHaven but when orginally purchased last year there was a major issue with the vehicle that was mi I absolutely love my certified used vehicle from BranHaven but when orginally purchased last year there was a major issue with the vehicle that was missed in the certified inspection and than sold to me. Granted i kept hearing the issue and took it right back and it was found and replaced free of charge because it should of been found and fixed before selling it dealer used certified. I take the vehicle in for routine maintance and the warnings/notifications are not always cleared after work is done and I have to call and drive back in for them to be reset them. The wait time for vehicle service is good but is it faster due to work being forgotten or un-checked I really don't know or can say for fact. I was very disappointed about not being told about or asked if I was interested in the Chrysler life time warranty package and now I'm very close to going over the milage to be able to obtain that Lifetime warranty package which is not a service department issue but finance department seemed more intuned to sell their 100 thousand mile package instead of Chrysler USA's LTW package. More
