I just purchased our pacifica 2007 and it needed to be checked out since the engine lite went on...called first an talked with Joe Platt...what a pleasure he was so informing and attentive to my questions checked out since the engine lite went on...called first an talked with Joe Platt...what a pleasure he was so informing and attentive to my questions..we had the car in the next day and the service was top notch...i will continue to use Joe Platt for all my needs...I did stop at the the madison chrysler first...they were the worst to talk too and deal with..so glad I called branhaven and found Joe and all the associates there...I will tell everyone about this dealership. The service department at Branhaven is absolutely fantastic....believe me, after several recent negative experiences with other CT Chrysler dealers (I'm looking at you, Greenwich), I was ready to giv fantastic....believe me, after several recent negative experiences with other CT Chrysler dealers (I'm looking at you, Greenwich), I was ready to give up on Chrysler as a brand altogether....and that would have been sad, since my last 3 cars have been 3 PT Cruisers.... But a simple visit to Branhaven Service department changed my mind completely....My PT Cruiser just turned 100,000, an I needed a PowerTrain inspection to keep my warranty going...not only the folks at Branhaven were incredibly accommodating when I scheduled and re-scheduled my visit multiple times for work issues, they also showed up early (before 8:00 AM!!!) so that I could make it in time to my office.... They completed the job quickly and for free, offered a complimentary vehicle inspection and found 2 small issues that they were able to correct on the fly and for a very reasonable price...after my previous experience with another dealer, I had to pinch myself...Joe Platt was simply great! Finally, they were able to refer me to their associated Auto Body Shop, where Frank was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote for some body work that I had delayed for years... ....and with all this, I was at my desk by 9:30 AM...unbelievable. More
Went in for a routine oil change was greeted promptly and taken to see Dolly. She wrote up the service and alerted me to the new oil change service contract which is a great deal. Regular service always goes smoothly and is done in a reasonable time as I wait in the waiting area. For this visit I have a issue needed repair. (something I was worried about) Overall good experience, Although a wipe down of area where the dash, radio panel was pulled off after it was resembled would have given a better presentation. More

I highly recommend this dealership base on the customer service that I have received from their Service Department the past few years. i brought my new grand cherokee in for some trim install and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the pass and a haze on my windsheild.the trim install went very well and a very good install price. i also stated that there was some type of haze on the passenger side of the windsheild.they brought the vehicle in to the detailing dept and tried to remove the the haze but everything they tried did not work so cheryl notified the warranty company and a new replacement windsheild was ordered.today the winsheild was installed on the vehicle.the install went very well hardley any mess on or in the vehicle.its nice to see clearly again. thanks to all who made it happen.my next project is to get chrome wheels then my vehicle will realy look sharp. More
