No wonder he's got all those pictures of him shaking hands with his many satisfied customers! Then on to the finance department. Well, the sales experience was good anyway...Dealing with the finance office is what keeps me from giving this institution a full five stars. Overall the experience was more than satisfactory and in spite of the hiccup in the finance office I would still go back again in the future. More

As soon as I got there Michael was super nice and available, I gave him a monthly allowance that I was comfortable paying and he showed me all the cars within that range, he was able to provide extensive knowledge, and any question I asked, he was there to answer, he guided me through every single feature of the cars and explained to me everything very clearly, as a matter of fact, he was so intuitive with what I was searching, that I actually bought the first car he showed me out of the ones he had available for my range!! He was very fast in processing the paperwork and had me going in no time!! I went to see the car on Saturday and made the decision to buy, and the car was in my parking lot by Monday morning!! Couldn’t ask for better to be honest, they give free unlimited car washes to your car and the first 2 oil changes for free! The car is amazing and even if the monthly payment went slightly over what I wanted to pay, I couldn’t have asked for better and the great thing is that, even after buying the vehicle I got to keep in touch with Michael and he treats me the same way he did when I walked in the dealership so I can say definitely they’re not just nice so you buy the car but the actual follow up is as good!!
