I was a highlight motivated buyer that had done a ton of research online but made Branhaven my first actual dealer visit based on positive reviews online and feedback from friends. Like most, I was a little weary of the car buying process; I'm a very to the point person that appreciates transparency as opposed to having to haggle back and forth, pretend like I'm not interested, etc. Well, Branhaven and Michael were definitely the right fit for me. I immediately felt comfortable with Michael and can honestly say that he had my best interest in mind, only showing me vehicles that made sense for me and having open dialogue around what was realistic for me, both financially as well as vehicle-wise. It only took a few hours for me to know that this was the right place for me. I've had my CPO Jeep Cherokee for a little over a week now and am absolutely loving it!
