Smooth out of state transaction I was in the market for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted the Black Forest Green color with camel interior. The only one I could find at the price I was in the market for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted the Black Forest Green color with camel interior. The only one I could find at the price point I wanted was at Branhaven in CT. We live in Nashville, TN and so I wasn't sure how smoothly things would go. To my surprise, Micheal, was easy to communicate with and made the experience very easy and stress free. He sent as many pics as I wanted of the Jeep, and was very helpful when I hired the auto shipper to pick it up. He sent me a pic of the trucking company vehicle and made sure to call me to verify they were the right guys. The Jeep was delivered to Nashville and was in excellent condition. The floor mats were missing, but other than that all was as it was described. Michael even took the time to call me and walk me through pairing up my cell phone to the Jeep. Some salesmen would be done with you once the deal was done (especially with me being an out of state customer), but I was impressed that he still made himself available. I would definitely work with Branhaven and Michael again! Thanks! More
