Took my keys of my trade in then gave me jeep keys said have a nice day. Will go over the jeep next week. I am busy with today’s sale. Today I get a call I need to bring the car back I have no plates now no insurance and they want me to drive it. Very bad service for a 1st Time buyer. I would not go back here after this lease. And now I have to worry about what’s going on with my Honda until someone has the time to call me back. More

Salesman Reveiw and dealer review I went to Branhaven a few months before I was planning to lease a Grand Cherokee. I had no appointment and was greeted by a sales person named Ryan Ha I went to Branhaven a few months before I was planning to lease a Grand Cherokee. I had no appointment and was greeted by a sales person named Ryan Hall. I explained to him I wanted to get prices and test drive the Grand Cherokee even though I was not getting a new vehicle for a few months yet. Ryan was very helpful and we reviewed all the numbers in details and we test drove the vehicle and he showed me everything about the vehicle. Ryan was a great sales person and represented Branhaven very well. I would recommend Ryan to anybody and Branhaven to anybody in the market for a new car. They treated customers the right way and I felt comfortable dealing with Ryan and Branhaven. A few months later I contacted Ryan and told him I'm ready to proceed with the lease. The lease process with Ryan and Branhaven went well with no issues. Communication with Ryan and Branhaven went very well. Ryan returned my calls and emails in a timely manner.
